How we work

Predictable projects, from first call to years of support.

A clear scope, a fixed quote, working software every two weeks and nothing hidden. Here's exactly what working with Infovion looks like.

Process

Six steps, every project.

  1. 01

    Discover

A free 30–45 minute call, then a short workshop for larger projects. We learn the process, users and goal — and say plainly if software isn't the answer.

    Week 0
  2. 02

    Plan & quote

A written scope, milestones and a fixed quote. You know the cost and the timeline before you commit.

Within 48 hours for most projects
  3. 03

    Design

Wireframes and a clickable prototype you can test with your team before development starts.

    1–3 weeks
  4. 04

    Build in sprints

Working software every two weeks on a staging link. You see progress, give feedback, and change priorities early.

    2-week sprints
  5. 05

    Test & launch

Testing, your team's acceptance testing, security checks, data migration, training and go-live.

    1–2 weeks
  6. 06

    Support & grow

30 days of free support, then an optional maintenance plan with monitoring, updates and improvements.

Best for discovery, R&D or unclear scope. Pay for the hours used, with weekly reports.

  • Hourly or daily rate

  • Cap the budget per month

FAQ

Questions about working together

How do payments work?

For fixed-price projects we usually take an advance and the rest against agreed milestones, with the final payment on acceptance. Dedicated-team and time-and-material work is billed monthly. Every invoice is a proper tax invoice.

What if requirements change during the project?

They usually do, and that's fine. Small changes are absorbed within a sprint; larger ones are written up with their cost and time impact, and we only proceed when you approve.

How will we know the project is on track?

You get a staging link that always shows the latest working version, a demo every two weeks and a short written update every week, including any risks.

Do you work with in-house teams?

Yes. We can work alongside your developers, follow your code standards and tools, and hand over cleanly with documentation.

What do you need from us to start?

A person who can make decisions, 30–45 minutes for the discovery call, and access to the process owners we need to talk to. Sample documents, reports or spreadsheets help a lot.

Have a project in mind? Let's talk.

Tell us what you want to build. You'll get a clear plan and a fixed quote — usually within 48 hours of the first call.
